First of all, you need a hug

Now for advice.
What your parents are doing to you isn't alright. They're physically abusing you and you need to tell somebody so that they can help you get away from them.
As for the bullies at school, just keep your head up and don't listen to them. I'm sure you are a beautiful and talented girl and they're just too stupid to realize that.
