Griffyn and I made a late dinner last night (after he finished work), and we ended up making this massive tray of Vegan Nachos.
They have Daiya Vegan Cheese (The Pepperjack one, with some of the Cheddar mixed in), Yves Veggie Ground Round (Mexican Style), some Medium Salsa, Green Onion, all on top of Tortilla Chips with a "Hint of Lime". Yum!
