This is definitely a start. It might not seem likemuch bt writing it down and letting the world know (even if you don't know anyone personally) is a HUGE step. From here on keep taking little steps until you find the courage to tell your family as well as the police. It is so important that he be punished or at the very least that the police keep him fro harming you again. You are incredibly brave, but sometimes letting it out can help. Bit by bit... Step by step... You will start to heal.

Scream it.
Whisper it.
Write it down and let someone see it.
