I've been eating a bit more lately, not normal amounts but more then I did none the less and I haven't binged in a week!
Now to work on eating normal amounts and eating more healthy food than junk food. Oh and I've also stopped counting calories for the most part. I used to obsess and couldn't eat any thing with more than a certain number but most of the time, I don't look anymore, or if I do I don't have that certain unhealthy number limit.
