Hi Amanda,
I will need few more specification in order to know whether you're pregnant or not. From the symptoms it sounds like your pregnant. If you had sex before just before or a week before your period, then it's highly likely that you are.
Yes, you should get a pregnancy test asap.
Another sign to watch out for is increase in vaginal discharge that doesn't smell, itch or burn. This happens because the uterus is forming a thick mucus layer to hold the baby in. And when pregnancy occurs, the amount of vaginal discharge increases.
