Quesadillas. Homemade. Grilled chicken, red and green peppers, onions, and melted cheese (parmesan, mozzarella, and grated cheddar). Absolutely delicious. Oh yeah, and a side of fresh French bread with garlic-laced olive oil.

I enjoy my own cooking.
