ok... well i have NEVER done this but i know some bitches at my school who might do this.
Howevr, she might not be flaking she might have had something important come up. and a reason girls don't tell a guy we rnt interested is because we are usually nice and dont want to hurt feelings. Don't worry not ALL girls do that
