I personally enjoy the episode. It does poke fun at points of it (and I'm definitely not saying that it's not something to be taken seriously), but in the end you can tell that it's not meant to maliciously offend people with eating disorders. They end up showing legitimate concern and I feel that shows that, while some things are mocked (what isn't nowadays?), they show that it's a legitimate problem.
