Yeah. I've bullied. I ruined someone's life, but it went way farther than I had originally planned. It was awful.
But I've also been bullied. That thing with him was the only time that I can clearly say that I was intentionally bullying. I wouldn't consider myself a bully in the traditional sense--i.e. picking on people just for the fun of it.
