Yea understand the whole point of sh is to feel pain
but I don't want to remember when I gave into the urges
and I feel terribly guilty bout even doing it
so that's why I don't want cuts to hurt cause it reminds me of sh



Thanks for all you suggestions it has really helped me very much to be able to think thourgh why I hurt me on the first place!! And thanks for the healing suggestions!!!!!!
