We cannot diagnose you with anything, as we are not medical professionals. Talking to your doctor, a school counselor, or even your parents would be a good idea. Any of those three should be able to help you, and to help you get help. Your eating behaviours aren't really normal, but that doesn't mean you have an eating disorder, it also doesn't mean you don't. Is there a reason you do those things? It might be worth thinking about, thinking about why you do it.
