If the age of consent is 16 in your state, I bet the military would flip out on him if they found out he was in a relationship with a fourteen-year-old. I think Romeo-and-Juliet laws usually cover two years, not four.

Key thing is that he cheats on you a lot. He is probably feeding her similar lines that he is feeding you. He probably tells her that you're a mistake and that he loves only her and the baby. It's crap on both ends and I would move on.
