If he's cheated more than once, leave him and move on. You'll never be able to have a relationship with this guy.
The age gap is really big and it sounds like he's not willing to put the effort in that these relationships need. At 14 and 18 you two are at very different stages in your life.
If he's smart, he'll sit down and talk with Sarah about this pregnancy.
In summary, find someone who will treat you better.
