"El Goonish Shive" has FTM and MTF trans in it from what I remember, it also has other
LGBT characters although, from what I remember, it's a little childish.
A comic called Red String also has
LGBT characters, although no trans (although they might now as it's been years since I read it). The main characters of a comic called Flipside are also lesbian.
