How popular (activity-wise) are you on the TH forums? Volume II -

Let's keep this one alive this time! 
Basically, rate the user above you, on a scale of 1-10 (1 being lowest, 10 being highest) on how often you see them posting in the forums.
Example:

Me: First post
Post 1: I see you everywhere! I'll give you a 10/10.
Post 2: ^ I see you every once and a while, so 3/10.
Post 3: ^ I don't think I've ever seen you before. 0/10.
Note: This is not about how much you like the person, or how popular you think they are on TH. It's about how often you see them around the forums! Remember that.
