I am really sorry this happened to you. It is technically rape, because he knew that you were not in any fit state to say yes or no. Also because you said no at one point, at that point he should have instantly stopped. Have you seen a counselor or told anyone? If not I would really advise it, it could help you get some closure and deal with this. This was in no way your fault, and he is a horrible person for doing this to you. You have done really well to come here and write this. PM me anytime if you need to talk.
