I know this isnt an easy thing togo through. I have been going through the same thing recently. I found that if I move on and make new friends, my friend starts getting jealous and wants to be my friend again. Maybe it's the same with her? Maybe she wants to make herself feel important by ignoring you and making you feel bad?
I would suggest trying to make some new friends (not choosing any friend over any other friend, just having several friends which you can get on well with) and hopefully she'll see sense.
