To be quite blunt and brutally honest.

That miscarriage was probably a blessing in disguise. Seriously anyone that sexually abused you and forced you into something, you cannot have a child with that person.

Secondly I hope if you are pregnant, you terminate it. Because you are far too young to have a child and you are in no position to raise a child at your age and state of mind.

Abortion exists for a reason, seriously it is your best option.
