The only way you will no for sure is if you take a pregnancy test. You can wait until your period to see if it's late/you skip it and then take a test. We can't tell you if you are or not. If you can't get an at home pregnancy test you can go to your doctor. Honestly the shower probably wouldn't have helped any. The sperm was already on you and already had it's chance to get into your system. Try not to freak out (really really hard to do I know) But that could cause your period to be late. Hope this helps.
