When are pregnant you aren't making choices just for yourself, you're making choices for the health of your baby, and you'll probably find (and least I certainly HOPE you'll find) that you will want to improve your diet. If you chose to breastfeed it then wouldn't be hard to carry on. I could go on and say a health diet would encourage good habits in your children, but I'm going to hazard a guess you know all that.
I'm a very picky eater, and I always have been. There's nothing I can do about it.
