*hugs* There's always a reason, even if it is a small reason, there is a reason. Remind yourself of the tiniest good things. "O hey, that pencil is sharpened. Good, I won't need to sharpen it later." It sounds stupid, but if you do that, you'll find a million good things to live for, and a lot of the time it won't be something so small.
