Hey there,
The chances of getting pregnant from pre-cum are very slim. However, there IS that chance. While I would not worry too much, I strongly suggest that you get a pregnancy test, just to be safe.
Also, as stated above, you should probably see your doctor about your missed periods. It is extremely unhealthy for the female body to go without menstruation for so long. Remember, maybe one form of birth control did not work for you, but there are many brands of pills and many other forms.
