I know you said you're afraid to tell anyone but it's better to say something than suffer in silence. You should probably talk to your docotor or whoever decided to put you on it, they'll want to change it if you're having those kinds of thoughts. I'm glad you came here instead of acting on the impulse though. If you really don't feel comfortable telling them, what about your mom? Anyone else who you might be able to talk to now? Sorry I'm not a huge help but
