So, you said no. Point blank, anything that happened after that was against your will. As you were wasted, it's understandable that you don't really remember. As Erika said, you might have passed out.If you think you had sex, chances are, you probably did. And you did say no. Either way, it does sound like your boyfriend took advantage of you, and that, as stated above, would be classed as rape.
