'Have you got the time, please?' Why do people only ever ask you that when you're late or in a rush!
'It's my birthday, can I have a free drink?' NO! I don't own the place. I have no power here. I give you a free drink, birthday or not, I get fired. It ain't gonna happen no matter how much you kick off.
