i think you're worrying about this slightly unnecessarily. you're not gunna land up in jail for having sex with your boyfriend. it's all about personal choice.. if he wants to wait then respect that, if he doesn't then have sex with him.. so long as it's mutual and you're both happy it's fine.. it's not like he's far off the age of consent anyway.
