No, there is not 100% full proof evidence that one religion is right. That is the reason it is called “faith”. You just have faith that you are following what you believe to be right. You need to figure out for yourself what you think feels right, and then you follow that. You don’t have to follow what your parents believe. You are your own person. There are many different types of religions out there, monotheistic, polytheistic, ones that believe in heaven, ones that believe in hell, ones that believe in reincarnation, the list goes on and on. First I would suggest doing some soul searching and self reflection. Without trying to decide which religion to choose to follow. Think instead of what you feel is right. What do you think happens to people when they die? What are your thoughts about god? What are your moral values and beliefs? Once you figure that out, then you can start to decide which religion is right for you. : )
