Finding a safe and private place is a major problem if you're not our on your own. Usually people can do it at home when family members are away, but it seem that's not possible in your case. Unless a friend can fix you up with some place, you've got a problem.

Don't consider public places, like the back seat of a car cuz you can be disturbed by police or even by people who will beat you up and rape her (it happens). Your options are limited since winters coming on and it's too cold outside, which is not the best option anyway. If she's on the pill, and takes it properly, that's the best BC going and if you're both virgins you don't have to worry about STDs, so that makes things much simpler since you don't have to worry about dealing with condoms. Have lube handy, astro glide is wonderful, but something like butter works in a pinch. If you don't need it, that's fine, but if you do, you have it. Take it really slow and gentle your first time, and don't get discouraged if things don't work out the first try, there's always a next time. Don't forget to compliment her the first time you see her naked, like she's the most beautiful woman you ever saw (true), she's perfectly proportioned, she has a figure like a statue, you wish you could be with her forever, etc. That's important. Ask her if she's ok once during sex and if she's experiencing pain, does she want to stop. It's a bigger deal for a girl than it is for a guy so be considerate. If she gets scared, remember there's always a next time and she'll respect you for giving her space.
