Dreams of rape. -

Lately, I've been having dreams about my rape. I wake up in the morning super tired and I can't focus in school. I have exams in 3 weeks and I'm really struggling to keep my head around it all.
I was wondering if there would any chance that a doctor could prescribe me something to stop the dreams from happening, or if there would be any alternative methods?
All help is appreciated and I'm open and welcome to anything right now.
