I can see why you're worried. It's good that you've posted here to recognise that you might be relapsing. Perhaps you need to be a bit firmer with yourself. Plan what you're going to eat that day - don't involve calories, though - and try to stick to it. You could tell yourself "I'm going to have this for breakfast, that for lunch" and, if these plans involve eating enough at mealtimes, hopefully you'll avoid a relapse. Anorexia is often about control, but you are in control, Jessy. You can control sensibly sized meals. You have the control to keep anorexia at bay. Remember you're a very strong person, and I have total faith in you that you can overcome this.
