Re: Recipe - Chicken/Beef Casserole - August 14th 2009, 07:19 PM

Ok.....

INGREDIANTS
- Diced Beef/Chicken Breast Fillets
- Carrots
- Celery
- Peas
- Onion
- Potatoes
- Worcestor/Soy Sauce
- Salt/Pepper
- Tomato Puree
- Stock (Chicken or Beef)

HOW TO MAKE
A little bit of oil in the pan so as it just covers the base of the pot. Stick your diced beef or cut up chicken into the pot. Gas mark 7.

Cut up all the veg into bitesize pieces, and when the meat is cooked add in the onion.

Turn to gas mark 5 and add in all the veg.

Then when all cooked add in tomato puree or a small can of tinned tomatoes.

Add in worcestor sauce/soy sauce to taste. Add in salt and pepper to taste.

Cut up the potatoes into small chunks, I usually use 5(about 5 potatoes feeds 4 people)

Add in 2 stocks (either chicken or beef...depending on what you use)

Keep it on a low light and occasionaly stir so as all veg and meat mixes well together.

Keep mixing untill the potatoes have cooked through (they will get a bit soft).

Serve and enjoy
