There's nothing wrong with being a little bit shy, everyone is different and some people have more extroverted personalities than other! The important thing to remember is that your shyness isn't connected to low self esteem. You have to believe in yourself and understand how truly awesome you are
Maybe you could try joining a sports team or club? That way you could conquer both your shyness and your fitness goals at the same time. Two birds one stone typa thing?
