The sooner she tells her mom the better, the larger the child gets the more complicated things can get. Not to mention her age, being pregnant at that age can cause serious medical complications, this is not something she can just stay quite about. Does she know this can effect her health as well as the babies? Even if she doesn’t want to keep it, both of them need to see a doctor as soon as possible.
