Think about what you enjoy doing in your spare time. Maybe you love reading, exercising, or painting? Consider what you'd like to do if you had more free time. It might be helpful to start by trying something new before settling on a hobby.
Some hobbies require a lot of time, materials, or specific conditions. Think about what’s available to you in terms of resources, whether that’s financial, time, or space for your chosen hobby. Choose something that fits well into your current life situation.
Sometimes we don’t know what we’ll enjoy until we try it. Don’t be afraid to explore new hobbies like yoga, playing an instrument, photography, cooking, or volunteering. The key is not to limit yourself to just one option.
I love learning foreign languages and it all started with visiting a kids camp abroad. And my sister turned her hobby into a business. She has been making various jewelry with her hands all her life and eventually created her own diamond jewelry brand.
