Hello there,

I'm sorry to hear how you are feeling but as Moxie. said, there are a number of support lines that you are able to access if you do not want to talk to someone in real life. They will be able to give you a number of beneficial strategies that can help you overcome these feelings. Engaging in activities such as starting a journal, reading a book or meditating may help you.
