CIA says COVID most likely came from the Wuhan lab - January 29th 2025, 03:44 AM

Despite massive and unwarranted censorship from the "trust the science" folks, the CIA has made an official conclusion that a lab leak from the Wuhan lab is the most likely source of the outbreak, though there isnt high confidence in that determination. It is crazy that this position was censored as "China hate" in 2020 when it is actually a scientifically justified position. It was anti-woke so it was censored as "false information" on social media.

The investigation was completed under the Biden administration, which classified and hid the results from the public, but Trump recently forced the declassification. Its crazy that the Biden admin ordered investigations by CIA and FBI in 2021 and when they came back with "lab leak most likely" they didnt want to even discuss it.

Here is what I personally think happened: 2013-2015ish: viruses were collected from a bat cave that was associated with a man contracting a virus substantially similar to COVID. Gain of function was used on this or similar virus to study effect on human cells. September/October 2019: someone or a group of people at the lab contract COVID (satellite data shows an unusual amount of vehicles and activity at the lab sometime that October). These people then recover while the government is made aware. Nothing seems to happen for a couple of months as the virus spreads with a slow burn initially. By late November it has already undergone exponential growth and in December it becomes obvious to hospitals. Then the government orders a deep clean up of the Wuhan lab (this happened...I wonder why?). And then a few months later had become a global pandemic. It makes more sense to me than the wet market theory as the latter theory would require an enormously fast spread in cases after the initial infections. Does it not strike anyone as odd how much China opposed investigations and how weird their government acted during COVID?
