It is in the 50sF...40s as the lows all week. A cold front came down yesterday and an upper level shortwave trough is helping to form a new low pressure center off the coast of Texas and Mexico. This new low will push a lot of moisture from the tropical airmass (to the south) towards the frontal boundary where it will be lofted above the cold air and create some cold air precipitation north of it. North Florida and parts of the gulf coast states will experience snow and/or freezing rain/sleet when this system makes its way over. No snow here but it will stay cool outside and also rainy.
