Hello and welcome to Teenhelp. Thank you so much for telling us about what you have been going through and I am so sorry that you had to go through this. Are you able to try talking about what has happened to you if you want to with someone in your family or a friend or a school counselor or teacher or therapist and just talk. They will be able to help you to feel better. Try finding something fun to do to help you get your mind off of this for a while, going for a while or baking something or playing a game or talking to someone on the phone or something else that you enjoy. You can also talk on this helpline if you want to, it is https://rainn.org/ They have a call and chat area to talk about this. I hope you will be okay soon.

It’s the rhythm

It’s the expression
in time and movement,

in happiness, joy, sadness and envy.
