As for asking for help I know how hard and scary that can be. I'm not sure of your age, or if you have a therapist so some of these suggestions may not work. I would start by goin to one of your parents or both of them and sit them down and explain everything to them and tell them how you don't want this to continue and you are ready to recover and ask them to help you talk to your doctor, or therapist. If you don't have a therapist maybe see if you can get into see one that specializes in ED treatment , and you can talk to them about it and they will know how to help you get set up if you do require higher treatment. If you don't feel comfortable talking to your parents you could write them a letter, or talk to a friend, teacher or write them a letter as well explaining everything if you'd feel more comfortable not doing it face to face.
I hope this helps at least a little bit. If you ever need to talk you can always set up an account on here and message me anytime, or you can also join our teenhelp discord server and ask to message me on there my name on the server is the same as here.

I only live with my mum, and she often does the complete opposite of help in these situations sadly. I do see a therapist, but every time I try to bring this up with her, I freeze up and go silent. I might try to write her an email or something, but I'm still considering it. Thank you so much for helping me though<3333
