Enough is enough. It's time to acknowledge your limits, have the conversation you don't want to have, and step up for your own team. That's what a good leader does, and it's what you've done from day 1. Step up for me again, or I will! You want me to show you leadership skills? Nothing says that like a difficult conversation with a boss because you see disaster coming, and standing up for yourself (and maybe others, if not yet)

Everything has said stay, and that I absolutely belong there, but we can't work like this, and we can't afford for this to continue. The store won't survive. You have until Christmas, if it's not fixed by then, I'm done. That's being generous. And it WON'T be because I want to leave.
