Hi there, thanks for reaching out! While food could be a cause for why you're feeling the way you are, there are other reasons too! Are you going through something stressful? Something that is causing you more anxiety than usual? I know for me, if I'm feeling super anxious or am under great stress, it causes me to feel nauseous and disrupts my sleep schedule.
I'd keep track of it for a few more days before reaching out to your doctor. This could be an issue of something neurological, but you have no way of knowing unless you speak to your doctor and they can give you the appropriate diagnosis and a course of treatment.
Also, if it's anxiety and stress, I suggest reaching out to a mental health professional as well. If that's not something you're wanting to do, then reach out to a friend, trusted community member, or a parent for support.
