Hi, thank you for reaching out! Engaging in oral sex can be a different experience for everyone! If you're feeling belittled, uncomfortable, or are questioning how you're doing it then I suggest engaging in constructive conversation with your partner. Also, ask yourself why you feel this way! Is there something from your past experience that leads to the voice in your head? Has your partner spoken of previous sexual experiences and you're comparing yourself to them? These are some of the things you should be considering before engaging in oral sex the next time.
