Hey,

Honestly I don't blame you if you do decide to file a grievance against the therapist. I sent a complaint to the state against the APRN who prescribed me psych meds and after a few weeks they called me to update me and told me that they opened an investigation. Get as much proof as you can, such as call logs, emails, texts, etc, because this can be used as evidence.

Having an employment specialist might be really helpful for you moving forward, so I hope you are able to get the ball rolling soon. The one "positive" thing about your last job experience is that you learned a bit about what to do if certain situations ever arise and what you are and are not willing to tolerate from an employer. There's nothing wrong with leaving a job if it's not a good fit for you. I always advise that someone has another job lined up before quitting but if it is that toxic and detrimental to your mental health, I think that's an exception.

Interviews are terrifying though! I've heard people say you learn a little bit from each interview you attend. While of course each interview will ask questions tailored specifically to the position you are applying for, a lot of places do ask some of the same or similar questions, so you get practice with how to answer certain things the more you do it.

I hope you get supports in place soon!

Do you ever get a little bit tired of life
Like you're not really happy but you don't wanna die
Like you're hanging by a thread but you gotta survive
'Cause you gotta survive
