I'm so sorry that you are dealing with negative body image. Eating disorders are serious and it's important that you reach out to a trusted adult or a friend for support. If eating a full meal is difficult, perhaps try focusing on eating smaller meals more frequently.
There's nothing wrong with "being fat" as long as you remain healthy. Going on more walks, drinking plenty of water, watching the type of food you eat, be mindful of any warning signs your body is giving you.
The world places such a huge stigma on "being fat" and that needs to end.
No matter how your body is configured physically, you're perfect just the way you are.
