Everyone can tell she's your favorite, and almost everyone has complained about her to you. Addressing her behavior is part of your job whether you want to or not. If you don't it will be one of the most BLATANT acts of favoritism I've seen in my life. You're amazing, but you need to change this about the way you're running things, or it's going to cost you. I have no business inserting myself, but if it somehow comes up, you know I'll tell you what I really think.
