You say it's like arousal or sexual. If it's an aroused feeling, it's definitely normal for you to get aroused! People experience sensations in different parts of the body and there's no shame in getting aroused unless it's starting to impact your daily life. If it's distracting, try and find things to do that take your focus like exercising or watching a movie to focus on something other than the feeling of being aroused.
If anything starts to hurt, go numb, things like that then I'd ask a doctor. Or if you don't think it's sexual, it would be important to ask just to be sure.
