Hello Lyl,
I am so sorry that you are having a hard time with this and I hope that you will be okay soon. When you are having a hard time with something and you start to get upset, try your best to walk away from everyone or what you are doing and go to your room if you can. Then try to take a few deep breaths and then try counting back from 10 and do this a few times. After, try to find something to help get your mind off of this for a while, if you enjoy reading then read a book for a while or drawing or painting or writing how you feel down on paper or listening to music or watching movies or TV shows or playing a game or something else that you enjoy doing.
Everyone will get upset over something, the best way for us is how do we handle this situation and how can we be okay. When we yell at others, they are not going to really understand what is wrong and what do we need help with. If we can try to stay calm or walk away from everyone for a while and then come back to talk about what you need, this is better because they will listen and be able to hear why we are upset. I hope that you will be okay soon.
