I never expected a response, so I'm not surprised, but I wonder if you brought it up and she lied to you. There was absolutely ZERO reason for her to prevent me from earning more good money with good benefits when I was in fact doing the best job of anyone they've had in there for almost 5 years. Figure out what her deal is and then get her out of there.
