When talking on the phone, a person loses non-verbal means of communication (facial expressions, gestures, eye expressions, poses, etc.), but all the shortcomings of speech are aggravated. Now the tone, timbre of the voice, intonation are of particular importance. You should pay attention not only to what you say, but also to how you say it in order to understand what psychological state you are in.
