How have you practiced GLAD today? -

GLAD is a technique used to help find the positive things in your life and practice gratitude. Each letter in GLAD is a different part of the technique.
Gratitude - What are you thankful for today?
Learned - What is one thing you learned today, whether about yourself/someone else, a new fact, or something else.
Accomplishment - What is one thing you've accomplished today? It can even be just getting out of bed.
Delight - What is one thing that made you feel joy today?
I'll start.
Gratitude - I am thankful that my neighbor took my dad to pick me up from IOP today.
Learned - I learned that there's a term called "food mirage" for areas where nutritious food/grocery stores are available, but there is no way of affording it.
Accomplished - I finished my work calls without getting too anxious.
Delight - My parents bought Wendy's and I had a Frosty.
The sun is always gonna rise up
You need to get up, gotta keep your head up
Look at the people all around you
The way you feel is something everybody goes through
